SBG Holdings operates as a venture studio and investment group. We don't sit on the sidelines — we get involved. Depending on the business and the stage, our participation can span investment, strategy, product development, commercialisation, operational management and board participation.
This model has been refined over more than 20 years of commercial experience across multiple industries and two countries. We apply the same rigour and discipline to an early-stage startup as we do to an established business looking to scale.
